It's remarkable how a simple project still occupies all your time! I had a cake that didn't seem like it'd take all night, I was fooled. So I had to find a way to finish this fabulous gift box cake and study for my Marketing in the Music Industry class. I pulled off one really well... 

I am happy to say that we have completed our first Topsy Turvy, whimsical cake and it was a HUGE success! I received so many accolades at the birthday party (Olivia... she's 1! Happy Birthday!) and it felt wonderful. I'd like to thank Zap and Abbey for giving me the chance and trusting that I'd make them happy. The best part of cake decorating is seeing the smiles and reactions to the cake. That's really why I love it so much... Sharing my heart with others. 

That was my lesson today. My dear cousin, Jessica, told me about her job and how that's not where she wants to be, but in whatever you do, do it to the best of your ability. You've got to be the best bill collector, janitor, teacher, doctor, president that you can be. Put all of you into your work so you can harvest its finest rewards. In dedication, he's the best Army dog tog I can make! My rewards? Let's say I'll have a full belly tomorrow!
