Yes, you're in the right place... we've just got a new name! After months of deliberation, the family decided to name our company "Apple-Butter Bakery & Custom Cake Shoppe" aka ABC Cake Shoppe. This name has alot of meaning behind it. Other than the fact that I LOVE homemade apple-butter, it is in one aspect, a tribute to my family (especially my Aunt Mary Helen) back in Arkansas. I learned everything I know about apple-butter from her. THANK YOU! Also, if you look in the backyard of the Pickett household, guess what you will find? A (now massacred) apple tree! Last year, we were overwhelmed with apples. I ate the equivalent of 3 apples, everyday for months. Sliced apples, cinnamon apples, apple bread, apple muffins, apple salad, apple pie, apple-spiced tea, and of course, Apple-Butter. I can't wait to see what God has planned for ABC Cake Shoppe.
